Southern Entertainment (“SE”) is a Charlotte based, national entertainment, hospitality, and production company. Since 1994, it has been a leader in bringing local, regional, and national entertainment and visitation to the Charlotte community. SE was an original catalyst and has been a dedicated supporter of the uptown entertainment district since its inception in 1995. As such, it has played major roles in attracting and producing some of Charlotte’s largest hallmark events including the Democratic National Convention, NBA All Star Game, CIAA tournament, March Madness and all of the major bowl games, just to name a few. On the national level SE has managed venues and played a development role in over a dozen entertainment districts, and produces and promotes several music festivals in multiple states.
